REM Lab stands for Real Time and Electromechanics Laboratory. The research of this lab focuses on hybrid system issues. These issues appear both in control and in simulation applications, mostly if we focus on real-time testing and Hardware-In-the-Loop simulation.

The vision behind the research at the REM Lab is to make the design, implementation and testing procedures of control systems effortless, inexpensive and automatic.

Our projects range from the design and implementation of sophisticated simulation platforms to the application of novel control techniques for highly non-linear systems. The common element of our projects is the analysis of issues related to interaction between hardware and software elements.
